SO WHAT DOES "HOLISTIC" MEAN

The Holistic Approach
Throughout time, our ancestors have used nature and the earth’s energy for healing purposes. The Indians use Prana, the Japanese use  Ki, the Chinese use Chi or Qi  and Reiki  practitioners worldwide use the Universal Life Force.

Across the world, we use chakras, auras, meridians, vibration, crystals, spirits, guides and guardians for guidance, worship and healing.

SO WHAT DOES HOLISTIC  MEAN ?

The term holistic is taken from the Greek word ‘holos’ which means ‘whole’ Therefore, when we talk about holistic treatment, we refer to the approach to the treatment being given which takes into account an individual’s whole being, not just focusing the treatment on curing the physical symptoms or problems but also the complete effect upon our emotions,  the physiological and mental well-being, the environment and the spiritual self.

Taking a holistic approach to treatment is incredibly important as it deals with each person individually and within the context of their life and experience This empowers and supports people to take stock of their lives, to make improvements to their health and rebalance their body and mind and give time to let your body and mind heal and relax.
